Terms and Conditions for Detail Haux – Automotive Detailing Mobile Valeting and Detailing Services

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the services provided by Detail Haux – Automotive Detailing. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the mobile valeting and detailing services provided by Detail Haux – Automotive Detailing.

• "Client" refers to the individual or entity booking the service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

4. Services Provided

We offer a range of mobile valeting and detailing services, including but not limited to:

• Full vehicle Valeting and detailing

• Interior valeting and detailing

• Machine polishing and ceramic coating

• Headlight restoration

5. Booking and Payment

• Clients must book services in advance through our website, by phone or in person.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

• An estimate will be provided before service, and additional charges may apply for extra services requested on-site.

• A 20% deposit is required upon booking; this is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel their booking with at least 24 hours' notice for a full deposit refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed appointment price.

• Refunds will not be issued for services completed to the client’s satisfaction.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure that the vehicle is fully accessible and free from any personal belongings before the service.

• It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle.

8. Liability

• Detail Haux – Automotive Detailing is not liable for any damage to the vehicle that is pre-existing or caused by the client’s failure to disclose such issues.

• We are insured for our services; however, liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials related to Detail Haux – Automotive Detailing are protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

 Detail Haux – Automotive Detailing reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
